After many years of wondering how to expand or improve our business, I am excited to announce that we will be moving into a new building!

BIGGER

BETTER

FASTER

... and WITH BEER!

That's right - the new building will have the addition of dine-in seating! It will also feature an overhead door with some patio seating! 
We will also improve our efficiencies with delivery and take-out orders with a much bigger kitchen, and all new equipment!

What is "craft" beer?

That's a hard question these days, but here are a few guidelines for the beers we may carry - 

-Craft beer is that which is brewed with a goal of "aesthetic character."

-Craft breweries are "small, independent, and / or traditional"

-A microbrewery is a brewery which produces a limited amount of beer.  

-Not the "big boys" of the Beer Industry!  

How are renovations going?

This building has been around since before 1930! It has housed a coal company, Lethbridge Motors Ltd (I think??), Trimble Tire, Ultraviolet Eyewear, and Action Conditioning. This renovation is the biggest it has seen ever! We have completely started from scratch, while trying to maintain some of its historic facade.

August

 -drywalling complete, hole for the hood fan

 -this will eventually be the bar and front customer service til.

September

 -painting walls

 -paint the roof black

 -getting the brick wall installed

-starting to look like a kitchen








October

 -industrial lighting

 -subway tile in the bathrooms

-subway tile in the kitchen

-brand new garage door

 -clean kitchen

-what red should I use??

 -getting the bar installed

 -hardwood floors.. on the walls!

 -seating arrives

November

  (coming together quickly!)

 -brand new ovens!

 -hardwood on the bar

 -chalkboard menu

 -concrete countertop bar

 black sinks and toilets!

 -a lot of stuff going on in this building!
